By purchasing and accessing any digital product or service, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately upon provision of the service or digital file.

8. Delivery of Services
Mirrors are delivered as digital PDF reports unless otherwise stated. Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days (standard); longer for complex services. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
9. No Refunds Policy
Due to the personalised and digital nature of the services, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are provided. Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and frameworks — including Mirrors of Mercy™, the Pattern Illumination Framework, all written reports, and all website content — remain the exclusive intellectual property of Anton W. Van Der Merwe.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or reverse engineer any materials without prior written consent.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
